  * xpath.js
    - jsx.xpath.evaluate():
      + Return null on error
      + Uses local alias for XPathResult (faster access)
    - jsx,xpath.collectNamespaces():
      + Uses `name' and `value' instead of deprecated
        `nodeName' and `nodeValue' for attribute nodes
      + Removed extra RegExp capture
    - jsx.xpath.createFullNSResolver() caches jsx.xpath.collectNamespaces()
