Table's meta-properties are static to allow for reuse across instances

All ORM $_persistent* properties are static now

ORM $_persistentTable is now static to allow reuse across model objects

* Model.php:
  - $_persistentProperties is empty by default
  - Added insert() to avoid unnecessary SELECT
  - Speed optimizations
